Special announcement

Hello everyone! It’s me again :)

Just popping on here for a special announcement. I have been waiting a few months now to announce this. This fall I decided to take the semester off of college due to covid19. Upon that decision, I felt lost in life. I felt (and sometimes still do) as if I do not have a purpose in life.

That being said, You all know how passionate I am about sexual assault. I have decided to create a clothing line dedicated to increasing awareness around this extremely present topic that continues to face our society daily. I am starting out small with just one T-shirt, that is not to say I don’t have many designs under production. I am launching this t-shirt item to set the tone and to receive feedback. There are a limited amount so don't hesitate! Upon selling out, I will be donating 10% of sales to the Abused Adult Resource Center here in Bismarck.

My brand is called ‘mpwrmnt’. It is “empowerment”, but without the vowels. Although, this didn’t come to me immediately- it felt perfect as soon as I thought of it. Empowerment: authority or power given to someone to do something. As a survivor of sexual abuse, that word means a lot to me. It’s about taking back the power that was stolen. To me- it is very powerful, which is why it’s the name of my line.
